Weight Loss New Patient Evaluation & Consultation
The Chronos Telemedicine Weight Loss Program begins with a FREE New Patient Evaluation by a registered nurse, who will review your medical history to determine your eligibility for the program. If you qualify and decide to proceed, you will have a New Patient Consultation with a provider who will discuss your medication options and prescribe the best treatment for you. The ONE-TIME New Patient Consultation fee of $149 (NOW ONLY $49) covers all follow-up appointments and ongoing support throughout your journey. After that, the only additional cost will be for the medication packages.
The Louisiana Telemed Weight Loss Program
After your initial consultation, your prescriptions will be sent to your local pharmacy or shipped directly to you. Medication pricing starts at $30 per injection, with an initial vial lasting around 2.5 months, starting at the lowest dose and adjusting as necessary. We offer a transparent pricing structure with no monthly subscriptions. Going forward, you only pay the cost of the medication package. We send prescriptions to your local pharmacy, Grand Avenue Pharmacy and/or Belmar Pharma Solutions to ensure that our program is affordable and delivers long-term value.
